Noe Carrasco

Noe Torres Carrasco was born May 13, 1964, in Van Horn, Texas to Jose Trinidad Carrasco and Celia Torres Carrasco. Noe passed away January 10, 2024, in El Paso, TX at the age of 59. He was surrounded by his sons, mother, sisters, nieces, and nephews. He was a lifelong resident of Van Horn, TX.

Noe is survived by his sons, Noe R. Carrasco of Alpine, TX, Noel Carrasco of Midland, and Noah Baeza Carrasco of Midland, his mother Celia Carrasco of Van Horn, Sisters Eva and husband David Hernandez of Van Horn, Sandra and husband David Luna of Van Horn, Angelica and husband Marcial Gonzalez of Van Horn, his brothers Samuel Carrasco of Van Horn, Jesus and wife Olga Carrasco of Odessa, Fernando and wife April Carrasco of Odessa, Joe Carrasco and Jeff Freeman of Rancho Mirage, CA. Also left to honor his memory are his nieces and nephews Desserae Vega, David T. Luna, Marcial Gonzalez III, Cody Davis, Travis Welch, Shannon Davis, Julie Tavarez, Jessica Carrasco, Marcos Luna, Blanca Gonzalez, Karima Carrasco, Carlos Hernandez, Joaquin Carrasco, Marisa Carrasco, Alisandra Carrasco and his great nieces and nephews Giovanni Luna, Misela Gonzalez, Melanie Welch, Alonso Tavarez, Travis Welch Jr., Wyatt Welch, and Luis Tavarez.

A viewing will be held on Thursday January 18th at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel starting at 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at the Van Horn Cemetery at 2:00 pm., on Friday January 19th, the burial will follow.
