Alicia Lujan

Alicia Barrandey Lujan, age 87, passed away on August 14, 2022, in Monahans, Texas.  She was born in Van Horn, Texas on November 6, 1934, to Miguel and Micaela Barrandey.

Those left to cherish Alicia’s memory are her sons James Lujan (Yolanda) of Sierra Blanca, Johnny Lujan (Tina) of Marfa, Manuel Lujan Jr. (Joanna) of Kyle, TX, her daughters Viola Sanchez (Johnny) of Monahans and Micaela Ramirez (Samuel Sr.) of Copperas Cove, TX

A Mass for Alicia was held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Our Lady of Miracles Catholic Church of Sierra Blanca, Texas officiated by Father Frank Hernandez. The burial followed at the Sierra Blanca Cemetery.

The Pallbearers serving were, Johnny Sanchez Jr., Eric Sanchez, A.J Sanchez, Brendon Lujan, Jarett Lujan, Sam Ramirez Jr., Edward Ramirez and Coby Nunez.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home of Van Horn, Texas
